Cape Hatteras Anglers Club encourages members to recruit new members into the club through annual Incentive Awards given out each January. 

Under this system, recruitment of one Regular New Member is worth 1 point, recruitment of a New Youth Life Member is worth 2 points and recruitment of a New Adult Life Member is worth 5 points. 

 

Please encourage anyone you recruit to provide your name on their application!

LEVEL ONE AWARD: $25 CHAC certificate that can be used for an annual membership, club merchandise, or a scholarship donation by

     - EARNING 5-9 POINTS BY ANY COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

          - sponsoring new regular members during a calendar year (1 point each)

          - sponsoring a new adult life member (someone who is not already a member)                  during a calendar year (5 points each)

          - sponsoring new youth life member (2 points each)

LEVEL TWO AWARD: Your choice of a $75 CHAC certificate that can be used for any comnination of an annual membership, club merchandise, or a scholarship donation, OR $75 gift certificate to a Hatteras Island Tackle Shop of your choice by

     - EARNING 10-24 POINTS BY ANY COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

          - sponsoring new regular members during a calendar year (1 point each)

          - sponsoring a new adult life member (someone who is not already a member)                  during a calendar year (5 points each)

          - sponsoring new youth life member (2 points each)

LEVEL THREE AWARD: $150 Gift Certificate to a Hatteras Island Tackle Shop of your choice by

     - EARNING 25 OR MORE POINTS BY ANY COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

          - sponsoring new regular members during a calendar year (1 point each)

          - sponsoring a new adult life member (someone who is not already a member)                  during a calendar year (5 points each)

          - sponsoring new youth life member (2 points each)

NOTE: In order to be eligible for the award, the sponsorship of a New Life Member requires the member to not already be a Regular Member of the CHAC.  In the Incentive Program, recruitment of one Adult Life Member is equivalent to the recruitment of 5 Regular Memebers.  Thus, a sponsor who recruits 5 New Adult Life Members would be eligible for the Level Three Award.
